“Matt from PPS was excellent providing a speedy response to my boiler issue. He provided clear and precise instructions to enable me to resolve the problem. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent service and support.”

“I couldn't be happier! Great communication before arriving, arrived as expected and throughout the whole process Matt was polite and professional. Matt quickly identified our problems, fixed them and left everything clean, tidy and as he found it. Thank you and we'll definitely make you our first call if we ever need help again.”

“First time using Matty at PPS Gas & Electric and I won't be going anywhere else now. I've had bad luck with unreliable plumbers in the past, but this experience was flawless. Easy to book, the engineer turned up exactly when he said he would (gave me a heads-up call too), and the price was spot on. It’s a relief to finally have a reliable heating company in my contacts list.”

“Top class plumber!! We had a few things that needed sorting, no hot water, TVR leak, boiler service and a bonus job where the washing machine was rattling/banging the pipe work in the whole house. All jobs completed including the bonus job. I mention the bonus job as 3 other plumbers had been round in the past 12 months but none have managed to sort. Great communication and fantastic work!”
