Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered (Reg. 204071), and you can check us on the Gas Safe Register. The law says anyone working on gas appliances must be, so never let an unregistered engineer touch your boiler.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Warwick and cover Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Southam, Shipston-on-Stour and the towns and villages around them. Not sure if we cover you? Call 01926 778709. See areas we cover.
How quickly can you get to me?
For emergencies we aim to get to you the same day, often within hours. For things like services and new boilers we can usually offer an appointment the next day or within a few days.
Do you fix all makes of boiler?
Yes. We repair and service all the main brands, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Potterton, Viessmann and Intergas. If yours is a less common make, give us a call and we’ll tell you straight.
How much does a boiler repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the parts. We find the problem and give you a clear price before we start. More about our boiler repairs. No hidden extras: the price we tell you is the price you pay.
How much does a boiler service cost?
Call us for a current price. A yearly service keeps your boiler safe and efficient, and keeps the manufacturer’s warranty valid.
I’m a landlord. Do you issue CP12 certificates?
Yes. We do gas safety inspections and issue Gas Safety Records (CP12) for landlords and letting agents, with the certificate issued on the day. See landlord services.
Should I repair my boiler or get a new one?
As a rough guide: if the repair costs more than half the price of a new boiler and the boiler is over 10 years old, replacing it often makes more sense. See our new boiler page. We’ll always give you honest advice and never push a new boiler when a repair is the better choice.
Can you fit smart thermostats?
Yes. We supply and fit Nest, Hive, Tado and Worcester Bosch smart thermostats, and set them up for you before we leave.
