- No heating or hot water The most common emergency. We find the fault fast and get your heat back on, usually the same day.
- Boiler not firing Ignition failures, faulty spark electrodes and gas valve problems.
- Losing pressure Pressure keeps dropping? We find the cause, not just top it up and leave.
- Kettling and banging Banging, rumbling or whistling is usually limescale or sludge. We clear it.
- Locking out A boiler that keeps locking out has an underlying fault. We get to the root of it.
- Leaking boiler Water around the boiler needs looking at quickly. We find the leak and fix it properly.
- Error codes Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi: we know the codes and what they mean.
- Cold radiators Cold spots, slow to warm up or no heat at all. It could be sludge, air or a failed pump.
